GM Studio Stories

I worked on thes 4 small documentary pieces for the GM design center in Europe. It was a series of films focused on the release of the Opel Eflex. This was also the launch of the GM studio stories series of web films.
These films were directed and produced by Anwar Khuri of McCann Erickson.(Anwar has moved on to broghter pastures and is currently a senior producer at Draft FCB in Chicago) Anwar and I spent a month together crafting these small stories. I really enjoyed working on this project because they where focused on the people behind the product. Anwar really brought some of their true personality out, which made these fun and interesting pieces.
The music track for this project was an instrumental version of “Deserter” by Matthew Dear from Ghostly International.

Kid Rock Featuring Sheryl Crow “Picture”

This is the first “real” music video i really got to sink my teeth into. It was one of many projects i worked with on my good friend and director Jb Carlin. It was huge success and held the charts on the VH1 top ten for 2 months straight. It still remains one of my favorite videos i have ever cut.
I was invited on the shoot which was pretty amazing. My favorite memory from the shoot was when we were talking a break between takes. Sheryl and Kid busted into a cover of Sweet Home Alabama and only the Assistant Director and i really saw the whole song. I clapped after it was done. Sheryl turned around jokingly and told me shut up with a smile..!
